Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is:

1–3 business days (Standard Tracked Delivery)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary UK shipping promotions.


Tracking Information

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Signature & Secure Delivery

For higher-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery.

If a parcel is marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact:

We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Please note that investigations may take several business days.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect from a delivery point

  • Refused delivery

We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and charge a redelivery fee.
